You must be an active Champion TARPer, then submit your entry through the official link posted on the Toni and Ryan Patreon. You will answer the question in 25 words or less and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

This is a game of skill. The winner is judged based on creativity, originality, and entertainment value.

Entries will be open with a new question every round for 8 rounds, starting on 11 December 2025. Each round of the competition will end of the last day of the month, and the winner be drawn the following week. Exact dates for when each opening starts and finishes can be found in the T&Cs

Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply in respect of the 'Toni and Ryan Podcastaway' competition organised and promoted by the Promoter.

By entering the Competition, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise provided:

a) AEDT means Australian Eastern Daylight Time;

b) AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time;

c) Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a bank holiday or public holiday in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

d) Competition means the 'Toni and Ryan Podcastaway' competition, advertised by the Promoter;

e) Competition UGC means any user generated content which you provide to the Promoter as part of, in connection with, or related to the Competition in any way, or which you upload to any social media account which relates to your use and enjoyment of the Prize.

f) Competition Period means 9:00pm AEDT on [1 April 2026] to 5:59pm AEST on [1 May 2026].

g) Eligible Entrants mean individuals:

i. who are 18 years of age or older; and

ii. are an active Champion TARPer on the Toni and Ryan Patreon, with all membership fees paid up to date at all times between the date on which they enter the Competition and at the time of claiming the Prize (should they be declared the Winner); and

iii. who have not previously won a trade promotion conducted by the Promoter with a substantially similar Prize, scheduled to be awarded in relation to the same Travel Period; and

iv. who are not an officer, contractor or employee, or a relative or someone who resides with an officer, contractor or employee of the Promoter, or anyone associated with the conducting of the Competition and the selection of the Winner.

h) Entry Form means the entry form available for completing via the following link – https://forms.gle/7mzFcRVAr15uwzYo6

i) Entry Method means completing the Entry Form in full, including answering the question "What song would be on the official PODCASTAWAY Fiji playlist? Tell us the track and why in 25 words or less."

j) Judges mean the representatives of the Promoter selected by the Promoter to judge the Competition;

k) Judging Criteria means the entry considered by the Judges to be the most creative, original and entertaining;

l) Judging Period means from 6:00pm AEST on [1 May 2026] until 5:00pm AEST on [7 May 2026];

m) Promoter means You Love To See It Pty Ltd (ABN 38 659 312 866) of LEVEL 12, 99 WILLIAM STREET, MELBOURNE, VIC 3000 with contact phone number 0415374699;

n) Prize means:

i. Return economy airfares for two (2) people (being the Winner and their chosen travel companion travelling together) to Nadi, Fiji from the Winner's nearest international airport;

ii. Five (5) nights accommodation at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort Garden Twin Room (with both the Winner and their chosen travel companion staying in one twin room together), checking in on 23 November 2026 and checking out on 28 November 2026;

iii. 1 on 1 phone or video call with the Winner and [Toni Lodge and Ryan Jon];

iv. Optional activities for the Winner [and their travel companion] during their stay in Fiji [at no cost to the Winner and their travel companion] including:

A. Team dinner at a local restaurant in Fiji; and / or

B. Watch a live recording of an episode of the Toni and Ryan podcast [whilst in Fiji];

v. One (1) TARP goodie bag comprising:

A. Two (2) custom tote bags;

B. One (1) water bottle personally made by Toni Lodge;

C. Two (2) towels;

D. One (1) shit stained towel (novelty merchandise item and not used).

o) Runner Up has the meaning given to the term in clause 6(f) of these Terms and Conditions.

p) Total Prize Value means approximately AUD$15,000.

q) Travel Period means from 23 November 2026 until 28 November 2026.

r) Winner means the person selected by the Judges as the winner of the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (being the Runner Up if the first chosen Winner fails to claim the Prize or is disqualified pursuant to these Terms and Conditions).

2. Competition Period

Entries to the Competition must be submitted during the Competition Period.

3. How to Enter

a) Entry to the Competition is open only to Eligible Entrants.

b) In order to enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period, perform the Entry Method.

c) Entry must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of the receipt of an entry into the Competition.

d) Eligible Entrants may only enter the Competition once during the Competition Period.

e) The Competition is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

f) You must not perform any act in an attempt to gain more than one entry into the Competition.

g) You must enter the Competition personally, and not on behalf of another party.

h) You must not enter the Competition in the name of any third party, and must only provide your own personal details on the Entry Form.

4. Prize

a) The prize for the Competition is the Prize, which is valued at the Total Prize Value.

b) The Prize will be awarded to one Winner.

c) The travel element of the Prize is only valid for travel during the Travel Period. Unless specific suppliers (such as airlines and hotels) are noted as part of the Prize, the Promoter may select any supplier in its absolute discretion when awarding the Prize. If the Winner is unable or unwilling to travel during the Travel Period, for any reason, the travel component of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.

d) The Winner agrees to comply with the full booking terms and conditions of any of the Prize suppliers made available to the Winner when awarding the Prize.

e) Unless otherwise expressly stated as being included in the Prize, all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.

f) No airport transfers, travel to the Winner's nearest international airport, travel insurance, visas or meals (other than the optional team dinner) are included in the Prize. The Winner (and their chosen travel companion) will be required to pay those expenses themselves, as well as any other personal costs and expenses associated with their use and enjoyment of the Prize or any other miscellaneous costs and charges charged by the provider of the accommodation, the flights, or other third parties.

g) The Winner (and their travel companion) will be required to personally meet all international travel, visa and custom requirements in order to enjoy the Prize.

h) The Total Prize Value is, to the best of the Promoter's knowledge, correct and current based on the average retail price of each of the elements included in the Prize as at the date of the commencement of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Total Prize Value after commencement of the Competition Period.

i) The Promoter recommends that the Winner (and their travel companion) takes out and maintains travel insurance and accepts no liability for the Winner (or their travel companion) failing to do so.

j) The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.

k) It is the responsibility of the Winner (and their chosen travel companion) to be eligible to travel during the Travel Period. The Promoter recommends the Winner verifies this information with their travel companion prior to advising the Promoter of their selected travel companion.

5. Invalid Entries, Disqualification and Termination

a) Entrants must only enter the Competition using their own legal name and valid email address, submit their own original entry, and must check the relevant boxes to confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entries deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, either before or after the judging, be deemed invalid and disqualified.

b) Any entries submitted outside of the Competition Period will be invalid and disregarded.

c) All entries that are incomplete or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from the Competition.

d) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entry at any time if the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant is not an Eligible Entrant or has submitted a false or misleading entry or otherwise fails to claim the Prize as set out in these Terms and Conditions if they are selected as the Winner.

e) Any entries that are made using any means of automated entry enabling an individual to automatically enter are invalid and will be disregarded by the Promoter.

f) If an Eligible Entrant enters the Competition more than once, all other entries save for the first entry will be disregarded.

g) The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant to be invalid if the entrant:

i. fails to establish their entitlement to win the Prize to the Promoter's satisfaction (acting reasonably);

ii. fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions;

iii. appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process;

iv. has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.

h) If this Competition is interfered with or tampered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, strike, war, acts of God, any act of terrorism, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

i. to disqualify any entrant; or

ii. to modify, vary, suspend, postpone, terminate or cancel the Competition, as considered appropriate by the Promoter.

6. Judging

a) The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the selection of the Winner.

b) Each entry will be individually judged based on its merit.

c) The entries will be judged by the Judges during the Judging Period, which will take place in Heidelberg, Melbourne, Australia, and the Winner will be selected by the Judges by 5:00pm AEST on [7 May 2026].

d) The Judges will choose the Winner by applying the Judging Criteria.

e) The Judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

f) The Judges may, during the Judging Period, also select a runner up entry, being the second most creative, original and entertaining response to the question posed in the Entry Form, and record the details of that runner up entry ("Runner Up") in the event the Winner fails to claim the Prize as required under these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise disqualified.

7. Winner Announcement

a) The Winner will be notified that they have won the Prize via email to the email address provided by them in their entry, by 5:00pm AEST on [14 May 2026] and their name will be announced as the Winner on the Toni and Ryan podcast and / or associated social media channels within one (1) week of the Winner being sent their notification email.

b) Unsuccessful entrants of the Competition will not be individually notified that they have been unsuccessful in the Competition.

c) The Promoter may publish the winning entry response, first name, surname initial and state of residence online and in the media.

8. Claiming the Prize and Unclaimed Prize

a) To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond by email reply to the prize notification email from the Promoter by [5:00pm AEST] on [21 May 2026], providing the Promoter with:

i. a copy of their passport identification (which is to be valid for travel until at least 30 May 2027 (being 6 months after the scheduled Travel Period)) so that they can be identified and so that the Promoter can arrange the international travel component of the Prize; and

ii. the name and a copy of the passport of their travel companion (if they wish to bring a travel companion) (which is to be valid for travel until at least 30 May 2027 (being 6 months after the scheduled Travel Period)) so that they can be identified and so that the Promoter can arrange the international travel component of the Prize;

iii. any other information or documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter in order to confirm the identity of the Winner and award the Prize.

b) The Winner must also advise the Promoter prior to the Travel Period if they wish to receive any of the optional parts of the Prize (including attending the team dinner or watching a live recording of an episode of the Toni and Ryan podcast). If the Winner wishes to attend the team dinner, the Winner must advise the Promoter of any allergies or dietary requirements for themself or their travel companion prior to commencement of the Travel Period. If the Winner has not advised the Promoter that they intend to receive any optional parts of the Prize prior to the Travel Period, the Promoter will not be required to provide the Winner or their travel companion with those optional parts of the Prize during the Travel Period, but may elect to do so if reasonably possible, in their absolute own discretion.

c) The Winner must advise the Promoter of their postal address when claiming the Prize for the purpose of enabling the Promoter to send the goodie bag to the Winner. The goodie bag will be posted to the Winner's designated postal address prior to the Travel Period.

d) If the Winner chooses not to bring a travel companion and wishes to travel alone, they will forfeit the parts of the Prize in so far as they relate to a travel companion joining them on the trip. The Winner must select their travel companion and advise the Promoter of the details of their travel companion at the time of claiming the Prize. Travel companions cannot be changed after selected and advised to the Promoter.

e) Entrants should check their email inboxes (including any junk folders) for any email from the Promoter about the results of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Winner failing to do so which subsequently results in their forfeiture of the Prize, or any part of the Prize.

f) Once the Winner has validly claimed the Prize in accordance with the obligations set out in clause 8(a) of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will arrange the travel component of the Prize for the Winner (and any chosen travel companion), which is to be taken by the Winner and any chosen travel companion during the Travel Period.

g) If the Winner fails to respond and provide all required documentation and information as set out in clause 8(a) of these Terms and Conditions then the Winner will forfeit the Prize. If the Winner is unable to travel as proposed during the Travel Period, the Winner will forfeit that part of the Prize.

h) If the Winner is disqualified or otherwise fails to claim the Prize as set out in clause 8(a) and therefore forfeits the Prize, the Promoter will notify the Runner Up that they have won the Prize. Any such notification to the Runner Up (if applicable) will take place on [22 May 2026] by email to the Runner Up's email address noted on their Entry Form and the Runner Up will have until [5:00pm AEST] on [29 May 2026] to respond to that email to claim the Prize, providing all information and documentation as contemplated under clauses 8(a), 8(b) and 8(c) of these Terms and Conditions relating to the Runner Up.

i) If the Runner Up fails to respond as set out in clause 8(h) of these Terms and Conditions then the Runner Up will also forfeit the Prize and no further entrant will be selected.

9. Personal Information Competition Collection Notice

a) In order to conduct the Competition, the Promoter will collect some personal information from you in the Entry Form, and if you provide it to the Promoter as a Winner. Your entry into the Competition is conditional on you providing the Promoter with the personal information requested.

b) The personal information the Promoter will collect directly from you includes:

i. your full name;

ii. your email address;

iii. your contact phone number;

iv. your residential and postal address (if you win the Prize);

v. your date of birth (if you win the Prize); and

vi. a photocopy of your passport (if you win the Prize).

c) If you win the Prize, the Promoter will also collect some personal information of your chosen travel companion from you, including their name, a copy of their passport, their residential address, their date of birth and any other personal information the Promoter needs to arrange their travel during the Travel Period. You warrant to the Promoter that you are authorised to provide the Promoter with that personal information about your travel companion.

d) The Promoter will use the personal information you provide to the Promoter to conduct the Competition, verify the identity of the Winner and their travel companion, to award the Prize and for marketing and publicity and campaign analysis purposes following the Competition.

e) The Promoter will store personal information collected during the Competition securely in password protected devices.

f) The Promoter may disclose the personal information collected from you to third parties in order for the Promoter to conduct the Competition and award the Prize, including but not limited to the Promoter's employees, agents, contractors, related entities, insurers, professional advisors, electronic direct mail providers and, in the case of the Winner and their travel companion, to the airline, accommodation and any other suppliers relevant to the provision of the Prize.

g) By entering into the Competition, you consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided by you for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.

h) Some personal information collected as part of the Competition will be disclosed to overseas recipients in Fiji when awarding the Prize. The Promoter may also provide the personal information to other suppliers who may have operations or headquarters outside of Australia, such as airlines or hotels.

i) The Promoter will retain your personal information collected specifically for the Competition until the end of the Travel Period. After that time, the Promoter will take steps to securely delete or de-identify that personal information provided for the Competition purposes.

j) You have the right to seek access to the records of personal information that the Promoter holds about you. You also have the right to ask the Promoter to correct your personal information where it is not otherwise correctly recorded.

k) If you wish to access the personal information that the Promoter holds about you, please set out your request in writing, and send it to the Promoter by email to hello@toniandryan.com.au.

l) If you have any questions about how the Promoter manages your privacy, or if you wish to make a complaint about how the Promoter has handled the personal information the Promoter holds about you, please send the Promoter an email to hello@toniandryan.com.au setting out the details of your question or complaint.

m) Any complaint will be investigated, and the outcome of that investigation communicated to you within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome or the handling of the complaint by the Promoter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner by calling 1300 363 992 or by sending an email to enquiries@oaic.gov.au.

10. Publicity and Intellectual Property

a) By entering the Competition, and regardless of whether you are declared to be the Winner, you irrevocably:

i. consent to the Promoter using:

A. your name; and

B. any Competition UGC in which you personally appear or are mentioned;

in its advertising or promotion of the Competition generally, in the Promoter's public relations and marketing and advertising of the Promoter or any of its businesses generally, as well as the advertising of any future similar competitions conducted by the Promoter, in any medium, without any payment to you;

ii. provide to the Promoter an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and publish any Competition UGC for the purposes set out in clause 10(a)(i) of these Terms and Conditions;

iii. warrant in favour of the Promoter that:

A. any Competition UGC, and the Promoter's use of your Competition UGC in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a breach of any third-party intellectual property rights; and

B. if the Competition UGC has any natural person depicted, that natural person has provided their prior written consent to be featured as depicted and for the Promoter to use that Competition UGC as contemplated under these Terms and Conditions; and

iv. you agree to indemnify the Promoter and its employees, contractors, officers and agents from any liability, loss, cost or expense that the Promoter or its employees, contractors, officers and agents suffers or incurs as a result of, or arising out of, your breach of this warranty; and

v. consent to the Promoter cropping, editing or altering any Competition UGC or undertaking any acts or omissions in relation to the Competition UGC which might otherwise constitute a breach of your moral rights.

b) By entering the Competition, you agree that if you are declared to be the Winner then:

i. you agree for the Promoter and its personnel, agents and contractors to record or film content (including photo and video) in which you appear during your use and enjoyment of the Prize, including, but not limited to, your travel to and from Fiji and your time in Fiji; and

ii. you agree to make yourself and your travel companion available upon the Promoter's reasonable request for the Promoter to film content in which you and your travel companion appear during your time in Fiji; and

iii. you consent to the Promoter using any content filmed by or on behalf of the Promoter relating to the Competition and / or the Prize, in which you may personally appear, in any advertising or promotion of the Competition generally, in the Promoter's public relations and marketing and advertising of the Promoter or any of its businesses generally, as well as the advertising of any future similar competitions conducted by the Promoter, in any medium, without any payment to you.

c) The Winner agrees to cause their travel companion to sign a form of talent release on the same terms to that set out in clause 10(b) in relation to content in which the travel companion may be featured. Such release is to be provided to the Promoter prior to the Travel Period.

11. Liability

a) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees").

b) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss or damage to property, loss of opportunity or loss of profit); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

i. your participation in the Competition;

ii. any technical failure or related issues (whether or not under the Promoter's control);

iii. any entry that is received after the Competition Period;

iv. any claim of the Prize outside of the claim procedure requirements;

v. any failure on the part of the Winner to provide any identity evidence or other information or documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter;

vi. unavailability or inaccessibility of the Entry Form during the Competition Period;

vii. electronic or human error;

viii. an entrant failing to provide accurate information at the time of entry or when claiming the Prize;

ix. any entry or claim of the Prize that is not received by the Promoter as required for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

x. taking of and use of the Prize;

xi. your inability to take or use any part of the Prize which is outside of the Promoter's reasonable control;

xii. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference in the Competition; or

xiii. any tax liability or other costs incurred by the Winner taking and enjoying the Prize.

c) To the extent that any liability, loss or damages cannot be excluded, but can be limited, the Promoter limits its liability for them to the minimum amount permitted by law.

d) If you are declared to be the Winner, you indemnify the Promoter from any direct or indirect loss, liability, costs or expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:

i. your behaviour, or the behaviour of your travel companion, during the travel component of the Prize to the extent that the behaviour breaches any law, any local customs, or any booking terms made known to you or for which you ought reasonably be aware would apply; and

ii. any damage to property caused by you or your travel companion during the travel component of the Prize (including, but not limited to when on flights or staying in any accommodation in Fiji); and

iii. any personal injury to any person caused by negligent or unlawful acts or omissions of yourself or your travel companion.

e) The Promoter does not accept any liability for flight cancellations or delays (or any costs incurred by the Winner or their travel companion arising out of flight cancellations or delays) which occur after the Promoter has booked the flights and which are outside of the Promoter's reasonable control. The Promoter is not required to compensate the Winner in any way (or to extend or change the Travel Period) if they or their travel companion are unable to take any part of the Prize due to flight cancellations or delays which are outside of the Promoter's reasonable control.

12. General

a) You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Entry Form via your internet service provider.

b) The Prize and participation in the Competition generally may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional terms and conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize or the participation in the Competition.

c) By entering the Competition, you expressly acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta and is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any airline or accommodation provider.

d) In participating in the Competition, you are providing your information to the Promoter. To the extent permitted by law, you release Meta from any and all liability in relation to the Competition.

e) The Competition may be promoted through third party websites and various social media platforms. You must comply with the terms for those third-party websites and social media platforms when using them. The Promoter is not responsible for any privacy practices adopted by any third-party websites or social media platforms.

f) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to any conflicts of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.

g) If any term, provision or condition of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

h) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights in relation to the Competition at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights or prevent any future exercise of those rights.

Toni and Ryan PODCASTAWAY Competition - Round 1

1. Promoter

The promoter is You Love To See It Pty Ltd (ABN 38 659 312 866) trading as the Toni and Ryan podcast, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over as at the date of entry.

  • Entrants must hold a valid passport and any visas or authorisations required to travel to Fiji.

  • Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligibility of entrants at any time.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

  1. Be an active, successfully billed Champion TARPer on the Toni and Ryan Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/c/ToniandRyan) at the time of entry.

  2. Enter the competition through the link posted on the Toni and Ryan Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/c/ToniandRyan)

  3. Within the link, provide an answer in 25 words or less to the question:
    “Why should you come on Toni and Ryan’s Podcastaway?”

  4. Accept these Terms & Conditions at the time of submission.

  • Only one entry per eligible Patreon account will be accepted.

  • Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or submitted after the closing date will be deemed invalid.

4. Competition Period

  • Entries open Thursday 11 December 2025 at 5:00am (AEDT)

  • Entries close Wednesday 31 December 2025 at 11:59pm (GMT-10) (Thursday 1 January 2026 8:59 PM AEDT)

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

5. Nature of Competition

Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply in respect of the 'Toni and Ryan Podcastaway' competition organised and promoted by the Promoter.

By entering the Competition, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise provided:

a) AEDT means Australian Eastern Daylight Time;

b) AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time;

c) Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a bank holiday or public holiday in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

d) Competition means the 'Toni and Ryan Podcastaway' competition, advertised by the Promoter;

e) Competition UGC means any user generated content which you provide to the Promoter as part of, in connection with, or related to the Competition in any way, or which you upload to any social media account which relates to your use and enjoyment of the Prize.

f) Competition Period means 9:00pm AEDT on [1 April 2026] to 5:59pm AEST on [1 May 2026].

g) Eligible Entrants mean individuals:

i. who are 18 years of age or older; and

ii. are an active Champion TARPer on the Toni and Ryan Patreon, with all membership fees paid up to date at all times between the date on which they enter the Competition and at the time of claiming the Prize (should they be declared the Winner); and

iii. who have not previously won a trade promotion conducted by the Promoter with a substantially similar Prize, scheduled to be awarded in relation to the same Travel Period; and

iv. who are not an officer, contractor or employee, or a relative or someone who resides with an officer, contractor or employee of the Promoter, or anyone associated with the conducting of the Competition and the selection of the Winner.

r) Winner means the person selected by the Judges as the winner of the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (being the Runner Up if the first chosen Winner fails to claim the Prize or is disqualified pursuant to these Terms and Conditions).

2. Competition Period

Entries to the Competition must be submitted during the Competition Period.

3. How to Enter

a) Entry to the Competition is open only to Eligible Entrants.

b) In order to enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period, perform the Entry Method.

c) Entry must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant. If the Winner is unable or unwilling to travel during the Travel Period, for any reason, the travel component of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.

d) The Winner agrees to comply with the full booking terms and conditions of any of the Prize suppliers made available to the Winner when awarding the Prize.

e) Unless otherwise expressly stated as being included in the Prize, all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.

f) No airport transfers, travel to the Winner's nearest international airport, travel insurance, visas or meals (other than the optional team dinner) are included in the Prize. The Winner (and their chosen travel companion) will be required to pay those expenses themselves, as well as any other personal costs and expenses associated with their use and enjoyment of the Prize or any other miscellaneous costs and charges charged by the provider of the accommodation, the flights, or other third parties.

g) The Winner (and their travel companion) will be required to personally meet all international travel, visa and custom requirements in order to enjoy the Prize.

h) The Total Prize Value is, to the best of the Promoter's knowledge, correct and current based on the average retail price of each of the elements included in the Prize as at the date of the commencement of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Total Prize Value after commencement of the Competition Period.

i) The Promoter recommends that the Winner (and their travel companion) takes out and maintains travel insurance and accepts no liability for the Winner (or their travel companion) failing to do so.

j) The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.

k) It is the responsibility of the Winner (and their chosen travel companion) to be eligible to travel during the Travel Period. The Promoter recommends the Winner verifies this information with their travel companion prior to advising the Promoter of their selected travel companion.

5. Invalid Entries, Disqualification and Termination

a) Entrants must only enter the Competition using their own legal name and valid email address, submit their own original entry, and must check the relevant boxes to confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entries deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, either before or after the judging, be deemed invalid and disqualified.

b) Any entries submitted outside of the Competition Period will be invalid and disregarded.

c) All entries that are incomplete or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from the Competition.

d) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entry at any time if the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant is not an Eligible Entrant or has submitted a false or misleading entry or otherwise fails to claim the Prize as set out in these Terms and Conditions if they are selected as the Winner.

e) Any entries that are made using any means of automated entry enabling an individual to automatically enter are invalid and will be disregarded by the Promoter.

f) If an Eligible Entrant enters the Competition more than once, all other entries save for the first entry will be disregarded.

g) The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant to be invalid if the entrant:

i. fails to establish their entitlement to win the Prize to the Promoter's satisfaction (acting reasonably);

ii. fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions;

iii. appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process;

iv. has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.

h) If this Competition is interfered with or tampered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, strike, war, acts of God, any act of terrorism, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

i. to disqualify any entrant; or

ii. to modify, vary, suspend, postpone, terminate or cancel the Competition, as considered appropriate by the Promoter.

6. Judging

a) The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the selection of the Winner.

b) Each entry will be individually judged based on its merit.

c) The entries will be judged by the Judges during the Judging Period, which will take place in Heidelberg, Melbourne, Australia, and the Winner will be selected by the Judges by 5:00pm AEST on [7 May 2026].

d) The Judges will choose the Winner by applying the Judging Criteria.

e) The Judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

f) The Judges may, during the Judging Period, also select a runner up entry, being the second most creative, original and entertaining response to the question posed in the Entry Form, and record the details of that runner up entry ("Runner Up") in the event the Winner fails to claim the Prize as required under these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise disqualified.

7. Winner Announcement

a) The Winner will be notified that they have won the Prize via email to the email address provided by them in their entry, by 5:00pm AEST on [14 May 2026] and their name will be announced as the Winner on the Toni and Ryan podcast and / or associated social media channels within one (1) week of the Winner being sent their notification email.

b) Unsuccessful entrants of the Competition will not be individually notified that they have been unsuccessful in the Competition.

c) The Promoter may publish the winning entry response, first name, surname initial and state of residence online and in the media.

8. Claiming the Prize and Unclaimed Prize

a) To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond by email reply to the prize notification email from the Promoter by [5:00pm AEST] on [21 May 2026], providing the Promoter with:

i. a copy of their passport identification (which is to be valid for travel until at least 30 May 2027 (being 6 months after the scheduled Travel Period)) so that they can be identified and so that the Promoter can arrange the international travel component of the Prize; and

ii. the name and a copy of the passport of their travel companion (if they wish to bring a travel companion) (which is to be valid for travel until at least 30 May 2027 (being 6 months after the scheduled Travel Period)) so that they can be identified and so that the Promoter can arrange the international travel component of the Prize;

iii. any other information or documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter in order to confirm the identity of the Winner and award the Prize.

b) The Winner must also advise the Promoter prior to the Travel Period if they wish to receive any of the optional parts of the Prize (including attending the team dinner or watching a live recording of an episode of the Toni and Ryan podcast). If the Winner wishes to attend the team dinner, the Winner must advise the Promoter of any allergies or dietary requirements for themself or their travel companion prior to commencement of the Travel Period. If the Winner has not advised the Promoter that they intend to receive any optional parts of the Prize prior to the Travel Period, the Promoter will not be required to provide the Winner or their travel companion with those optional parts of the Prize during the Travel Period, but may elect to do so if reasonably possible, in their absolute own discretion.

c) The Winner must advise the Promoter of their postal address when claiming the Prize for the purpose of enabling the Promoter to send the goodie bag to the Winner. The goodie bag will be posted to the Winner's designated postal address prior to the Travel Period.

d) If the Winner chooses not to bring a travel companion and wishes to travel alone, they will forfeit the parts of the Prize in so far as they relate to a travel companion joining them on the trip. The Winner must select their travel companion and advise the Promoter of the details of their travel companion at the time of claiming the Prize. Travel companions cannot be changed after selected and advised to the Promoter.

e) Entrants should check their email inboxes (including any junk folders) for any email from the Promoter about the results of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Winner failing to do so which subsequently results in their forfeiture of the Prize, or any part of the Prize.

f) Once the Winner has validly claimed the Prize in accordance with the obligations set out in clause 8(a) of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will arrange the travel component of the Prize for the Winner (and any chosen travel companion), which is to be taken by the Winner and any chosen travel companion during the Travel Period.

g) If the Winner fails to respond and provide all required documentation and information as set out in clause 8(a) of these Terms and Conditions then the Winner will forfeit the Prize. If the Winner is unable to travel as proposed during the Travel Period, the Winner will forfeit that part of the Prize.

h) If the Winner is disqualified or otherwise fails to claim the Prize as set out in clause 8(a) and therefore forfeits the Prize, the Promoter will notify the Runner Up that they have won the Prize. Any such notification to the Runner Up (if applicable) will take place on [22 May 2026] by email to the Runner Up's email address noted on their Entry Form and the Runner Up will have until [5:00pm AEST] on [29 May 2026] to respond to that email to claim the Prize, providing all information and documentation as contemplated under clauses 8(a), 8(b) and 8(c) of these Terms and Conditions relating to the Runner Up.

i) If the Runner Up fails to respond as set out in clause 8(h) of these Terms and Conditions then the Runner Up will also forfeit the Prize and no further entrant will be selected.

9. Personal Information Competition Collection Notice

a) In order to conduct the Competition, the Promoter will collect some personal information from you in the Entry Form, and if you provide it to the Promoter as a Winner. Your entry into the Competition is conditional on you providing the Promoter with the personal information requested.

b) The personal information the Promoter will collect directly from you includes:

i. your full name;

ii. your email address;

iii. your contact phone number;

iv. your residential and postal address (if you win the Prize);

v. your date of birth (if you win the Prize); and

vi. a photocopy of your passport (if you win the Prize).

c) If you win the Prize, the Promoter will also collect some personal information of your chosen travel companion from you, including their name, a copy of their passport, their residential address, their date of birth and any other personal information the Promoter needs to arrange their travel during the Travel Period. You warrant to the Promoter that you are authorised to provide the Promoter with that personal information about your travel companion.

d) The Promoter will use the personal information you provide to the Promoter to conduct the Competition, verify the identity of the Winner and their travel companion, to award the Prize and for marketing and publicity and campaign analysis purposes following the Competition.

e) The Promoter will store personal information collected during the Competition securely in password protected devices.

f) The Promoter may disclose the personal information collected from you to third parties in order for the Promoter to conduct the Competition and award the Prize, including but not limited to the Promoter's employees, agents, contractors, related entities, insurers, professional advisors, electronic direct mail providers and, in the case of the Winner and their travel companion, to the airline, accommodation and any other suppliers relevant to the provision of the Prize.

g) By entering into the Competition, you consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided by you for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.

h) Some personal information collected as part of the Competition will be disclosed to overseas recipients in Fiji when awarding the Prize. The Promoter may also provide the personal information to other suppliers who may have operations or headquarters outside of Australia, such as airlines or hotels.

i) The Promoter will retain your personal information collected specifically for the Competition until the end of the Travel Period. After that time, the Promoter will take steps to securely delete or de-identify that personal information provided for the Competition purposes.

j) You have the right to seek access to the records of personal information that the Promoter holds about you. You also have the right to ask the Promoter to correct your personal information where it is not otherwise correctly recorded.

k) If you wish to access the personal information that the Promoter holds about you, please set out your request in writing, and send it to the Promoter by email to hello@toniandryan.com.au.

l) If you have any questions about how the Promoter manages your privacy, or if you wish to make a complaint about how the Promoter has handled the personal information the Promoter holds about you, please send the Promoter an email to hello@toniandryan.com.au setting out the details of your question or complaint.

m) Any complaint will be investigated, and the outcome of that investigation communicated to you within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome or the handling of the complaint by the Promoter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner by calling 1300 363 992 or by sending an email to enquiries@oaic.gov.au.

10. Publicity and Intellectual Property

a) By entering the Competition, and regardless of whether you are declared to be the Winner, you irrevocably:

i. consent to the Promoter using:

A. your name; and

B. any Competition UGC in which you personally appear or are mentioned;

in its advertising or promotion of the Competition generally, in the Promoter's public relations and marketing and advertising of the Promoter or any of its businesses generally, as well as the advertising of any future similar competitions conducted by the Promoter, in any medium, without any payment to you;

ii. provide to the Promoter an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and publish any Competition UGC for the purposes set out in clause 10(a)(i) of these Terms and Conditions;

iii. warrant in favour of the Promoter that:

A. any Competition UGC, and the Promoter's use of your Competition UGC in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a breach of any third-party intellectual property rights; and

B. if the Competition UGC has any natural person depicted, that natural person has provided their prior written consent to be featured as depicted and for the Promoter to use that Competition UGC as contemplated under these Terms and Conditions; and

iv. you agree to indemnify the Promoter and its employees, contractors, officers and agents from any liability, loss, cost or expense that the Promoter or its employees, contractors, officers and agents suffers or incurs as a result of, or arising out of, your breach of this warranty; and

v. consent to the Promoter cropping, editing or altering any Competition UGC or undertaking any acts or omissions in relation to the Competition UGC which might otherwise constitute a breach of your moral rights.

b) By entering the Competition, you agree that if you are declared to be the Winner then:

i. you agree for the Promoter and its personnel, agents and contractors to record or film content (including photo and video) in which you appear during your use and enjoyment of the Prize, including, but not limited to, your travel to and from Fiji and your time in Fiji; and

ii. you agree to make yourself and your travel companion available upon the Promoter's reasonable request for the Promoter to film content in which you and your travel companion appear during your time in Fiji; and

iii. you consent to the Promoter using any content filmed by or on behalf of the Promoter relating to the Competition and / or the Prize, in which you may personally appear, in any advertising or promotion of the Competition generally, in the Promoter's public relations and marketing and advertising of the Promoter or any of its businesses generally, as well as the advertising of any future similar competitions conducted by the Promoter, in any medium, without any payment to you.

c) The Winner agrees to cause their travel companion to sign a form of talent release on the same terms to that set out in clause 10(b) in relation to content in which the travel companion may be featured. Such release is to be provided to the Promoter prior to the Travel Period.

11. Liability

a) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees").

b) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss or damage to property, loss of opportunity or loss of profit); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

i. your participation in the Competition;

ii. any technical failure or related issues (whether or not under the Promoter's control);

iii. any entry that is received after the Competition Period;

iv. any claim of the Prize outside of the claim procedure requirements;

v. any failure on the part of the Winner to provide any identity evidence or other information or documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter;

vi. unavailability or inaccessibility of the Entry Form during the Competition Period;

vii. electronic or human error;

viii. an entrant failing to provide accurate information at the time of entry or when claiming the Prize;

ix. any entry or claim of the Prize that is not received by the Promoter as required for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

x. taking of and use of the Prize;

xi. your inability to take or use any part of the Prize which is outside of the Promoter's reasonable control;

xii. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference in the Competition; or

xiii. any tax liability or other costs incurred by the Winner taking and enjoying the Prize.

c) To the extent that any liability, loss or damages cannot be excluded, but can be limited, the Promoter limits its liability for them to the minimum amount permitted by law.

d) If you are declared to be the Winner, you indemnify the Promoter from any direct or indirect loss, liability, costs or expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:

i. your behaviour, or the behaviour of your travel companion, during the travel component of the Prize to the extent that the behaviour breaches any law, any local customs, or any booking terms made known to you or for which you ought reasonably be aware would apply; and

ii. any damage to property caused by you or your travel companion during the travel component of the Prize (including, but not limited to when on flights or staying in any accommodation in Fiji); and

iii. any personal injury to any person caused by negligent or unlawful acts or omissions of yourself or your travel companion.

e) The Promoter does not accept any liability for flight cancellations or delays (or any costs incurred by the Winner or their travel companion arising out of flight cancellations or delays) which occur after the Promoter has booked the flights and which are outside of the Promoter's reasonable control. The Promoter is not required to compensate the Winner in any way (or to extend or change the Travel Period) if they or their travel companion are unable to take any part of the Prize due to flight cancellations or delays which are outside of the Promoter's reasonable control.

12. General

a) You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Entry Form via your internet service provider.

b) The Prize and participation in the Competition generally may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional terms and conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize or the participation in the Competition.

c) By entering the Competition, you expressly acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta and is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any airline or accommodation provider.

d) In participating in the Competition, you are providing your information to the Promoter. To the extent permitted by law, you release Meta from any and all liability in relation to the Competition.

e) The Competition may be promoted through third party websites and various social media platforms. You must comply with the terms for those third-party websites and social media platforms when using them. The Promoter is not responsible for any privacy practices adopted by any third-party websites or social media platforms.

f) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to any conflicts of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.

g) If any term, provision or condition of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

h) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights in relation to the Competition at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights or prevent any future exercise of those rights.
